Corrocoat developed bespoke equipment and methods to perform reduced dust or even dust-free blasting, which is often a limitation for performing high quality surface preparation inside factories or confined spaces.
Similarly, our internal bespoke pipe-blasting equipment enable us to abrasive blast small-bore piping, as well as buried pipe which are unsuitable for man-access, and would otherwise be challenging to blast.
Corrocoat has state of the art “magnetic wall crawlers” with abrasive blast cleaning for grit and UHP water jetting surface cleaning. This enables the surface cleaning process to be performed without scaffolding and in inverted positions on a steel tank or ships hull.
