COATING SYSTEM

  • Multiple abrasive blast cleaning and metallic salt decontamination cycles using CHLOR*RID until levels of residual metallic salt levels are within acceptable limits.
  • Application of CORROCOAT CORROGLASS 600 Series, comprising:-
  • Corroglass 632 Primer followed by the application of Corroglass 602 ‘Putty-grade’ material to re-build the lost cast iron using proprietary application techniques & materials, to original specification.
  • High-voltage spark testing conducted for QC/QA verification purposes.
